Our terms of service.Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your credentials or allow others to access your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use SoundCheckd. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use SoundCheckd to post content that is hateful, harassing, or abusive. You agree not to impersonate other users or public figures. You agree not to spam, scrape, or attempt to reverse-engineer the app. You agree not to use SoundCheckd for any unlawful purpose.
Content moderation
SoundCheckd reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies. Users can report content or accounts they believe violate these terms. We review all reports and take action where appropriate.
Account termination
You can delete your account at any time from within the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. Upon termination your content will be removed from the platform.
Availability
We aim to keep SoundCheckd available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, introduce updates, or temporarily suspend the service. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss resulting from this.
Limitation of liability
SoundCheckd is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do we will notify users via the app. Continued use of SoundCheckd after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
